Request for Clarification
We kindly request clarification regarding the eligibility of participation in the procurement procedure of a bidder acting on the basis of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) concluded with ATEF Group of Companies (Azerbaijan). In particular, we request confirmation whether participation is permitted for such a bidder — a Ukrainian resident company authorized to represent the manufacturer ATEF — with the qualification requirements being met and confirmed on the basis of the manufacturer’s documents (including experience of completed contracts, financial statements, ISO certificates, etc.), in accordance with the requirements established by the RFQ.
