There is an appendix in the bidding dоcument for this procurement that must be filled out and submitted: "Country of Origin Code Table". According to the standard, there are 3 sets of codes: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 and a numeric code. In the bidding dоcument, we did not find any clarification on the type of set of code. Can you please clarify what type of set of code should be indicated?

7. The tender documentation specifies approximate cable lengths. If the project documentation significantly adjusts the cable lengths and, accordingly, the cost changes, is it possible to revise the cable cost?

2. Section 17.1 specifies whether bids must be secured, and if so, whether by a Bid-Securing Declaration or by a Bid Security. If a Bid Security is required or optional, the BDS also specifies the amount. Could you please specify the amount of Bid Security Declaration as there is no information about Bid Budget and we kindly ask to determine if such security is required at the proposal submission stage?

What documents should be added for Attachment 3. Eligibility of Goods and Services in BID SUBMISSION FORM?

3. Form 3.5.4 Summary Sheet: Current Contract Commitments / Work in Progress specifies that Bidders and each partner to an Joint Venture bid should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, or for which a letter of intent or acceptance has been received, or for contracts approaching completion, but for which an unqualified, full completion certificate has yet to be issued.If the company implements a fairly significant number of projects (more than 50), should each project be listed or only the largest ones, and is it necessary to provide confirmation (copies of contracts or certificates)?

Do we understand correctly that column «Place of Registration & Qualifications» in the List of Proposed Subcontractors for Qualifications should be provided with the description what services this company provides in general?

5. The price of the offer is provided without VAT? Is it necessary to indicate the price including VAT in the offer?

1. Dear Customer, section 15.1 specifies that Unless otherwise specified in the BDS, the Bidder shall express its prices for such Information Technologies, associated Goods, and Services to be supplied locally (i.e., from within the Purchaser’s Country) in the currency of the Purchaser’s Country. At the same time other section specifies the possibility of usage 3 currencies. Could you please clarify the possibility for resident of Ukraine to determine the value of the offer in foreign currency (for example USD,EUR) and how can this be reflected in price schedules (is it necessary to specify the value in foreign currency and the equivalent in UAH or only the foreign currency amount)?
