- Please explain what “vertically or horizontally integrated structure” means?

Horizontal integration - in microeconomics and strategic management, the type of ownership and control in which one firm controls one or more firms located in the same industry and at the same level of production as the controlling firm.
Horizontal integration is the process of a company increasing production of goods or services at the same part of the supply chain. A company may do this via internal expansion, acquisition or merger.
Vertical integration is degree of ownership of one holding, infrastructure, business processes, technologies, etc. in the chain of processes for the production of goods or services. Vertically integrated holdings are controlled by a common owner.
In microeconomics and management, vertical integration is an arrangement in which the supply chain of a company is owned by that company. Usually each member of the supply chain produces a different product or (market-specific) service, and the products combine to satisfy a common need.
Vertical integration is secures supplies needed by the firm to produce its product and the market needed to sell the product.

Горизонтальна інтеграція - в мікроекономіці та стратегічному управлінні - тип власності та контролю, при якому одна фірма контролює одну або кілька фірм, які знаходяться в одній галузі та на тому ж рівні виробництва, що і контролююча фірма.
Горизонтальна інтеграція - це процес за допомогю якого компанія збільшує виробництво товарів або послуг в одній частині ланцюга поставок. Компанія може це зробити за допомогою внутрішнього розширення, придбання або злиття.
Вертикальна інтеграція - це ступінь володіння одним холдингом, інфраструктурою, бізнес-процесами, технологіями тощо у ланцюжку процесів виробництва товарів чи послуг. Вертикально інтегровані компанії контролюються одним загальним власником.
У галузі мікроекономіки та управління вертикальна інтеграція - це механізм, при якій ланцюжок поставок компанії належить цій компанії. Зазвичай кожен член ланцюга поставок виробляє інший товар або (специфічну для ринку) послугу, і продукція поєднується для задоволення загальної потреби.
Вертикальна інтеграція - це забезпечення поставок, необхідних фірмі для виробництва свого товару та ринку, необхідного для продажу товару.

- Bitte präzisieren Sie, was „vertikal oder horizontal integrierte Struktur“ bedeutet.
- Bitte um Benennung des Herausgebers des ukrainischen Gesetzes "Über Rechnungslegung und Finanzberichterstattung in der Ukraine" in deutscher Sprache.

Clause 8 of Appendix 1 (for non-residents) to the tender documentation states that the bidder must provide “A copy of the current license for the commercial use of the computer program or a copy of documents confirming the copyright of the bidder to the computer program”.
- Our company does not issue a license to sell software, and obtaining copyright for a computer program under our legislation is not necessary! Will the absence of this participant’s document be a reason for rejecting our tender offer?
This point refers to you right (ownership) on commercial distribution of software. Need a document confirming it. Such a document is required.
Цей пункт стосується права (права власності) на комерційне розповсюдження програмного забезпечення. Потрібен документ, який його підтверджує. Такий документ є обов’язковим .

how to “guarantee the ability to support and develop the system in relation to changes in existing regulatory requirements” (according to Section 2 of Appendix 3 of the tender documentation)?
The supplier can confirm the possibility to support and develop the system in any form (letter, etc.)
Постачальник може підтвердити можливість щодо підтримки та розвитку системи в довільній формі (лист, тощо).

Im Punkt 8, Anhang 1 (für Gebietsfremde) der Ausschreibungsunterlagen heißt es, dass der Bieter „eine Kopie der aktuellen Lizenz für die kommerzielle Nutzung des Computerprogramms oder eine Kopie der Dokumente, die das Urheberrecht des Bieters an dem Computerprogramm bestätigen“ vorlegen muss.
- Unser Unternehmen erteilt keine Lizenz zum Verkauf von Software, und es ist nicht erforderlich, das Urheberrecht für ein Computerprogramm gemäß unserer Gesetzgebung zu erhalten! Wird das Fehlen des Dokuments ein Grund sein, unsere Teilnahme an der Ausschreibung abzulehnen?
