про призначення підготовчого судового засідання

Суддя Бородянського районного суду Київської області ОСОБА_1 , отримавши обвинувальний акт у кримінальному провадженні №12015110000000002 від 02 січня 2015 року про обвинувачення ОСОБА_2 у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч.2 ст.286 КК України,

ВСТАНОВИВ:

Обвинувальний акт у кримінальному провадженні про обвинувачення ОСОБА_2 у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч.2 ст.286 КК України, надійшов з прокуратури Київської області 27 лютого 2015 року.

Керуючись вимогами ст.314 КПК України,

УХВАЛИВ:

Призначити підготовче судове засідання у кримінальному провадженні про обвинувачення ОСОБА_2 у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч.2 ст.286 КК України, на 11 березня 2015 року на 14 годин 30 хвилин в залі судових засідань Бородянського районного суду Київської області.

Викликати у судове засідання прокурора відділу процесуального керівництва при провадженні досудового розслідування органами внутрішніх справ та підтримання державного обвинувачення прокуратури Київської області ОСОБА_3 , обвинуваченого ОСОБА_2 , захисника-адвоката ОСОБА_4 , потерпілого ОСОБА_5 .
