For service abroad of judicial or extrajudicial documents/ aux finds de signification d'un acte judiciare ou extrajudiciare
Відповідно до Гаазької Конвенції про вручення за кордоном судових або позасудових документів у цивільних або комерційних справах від 15 листопада 1965 року.
Pursuant to the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, signed at the Hague, the 15th of November 1965.
Convention relative la signification a des actes judiciare ou extrajudiciare en civile ou commerciale, la Haye, le 15 novembre 1965.

The authority is requested to return or have returned to the applicant a copy of the documents - ad of the annexes* - with a certificate as provided on the reverse side. / Cette est de renvoyer au un exemplaire de l'acte - et de ses annexes* - avec l'attestation figurant au verso.
